Our Chore Jacket's are made for work. Made from a light weight yet durable cotton twill. It's the perfect jacket for those summer work days and easily layered for those colder winter months.
Triple stiched and lap seamed on all major stress points, as well as riveted and bar tacked on areas of vunrebility.

RETURNS:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. The product needs to be returned in it's original condition with all packaging elements in tact. If there is not a suitable replacement in stock you will be issued with store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and will be sent to you via email within 2-5 working days of the return of your order. To request a return please send a mail to info@ridgebackapparel.com containing your order number/details and we'll get back to you soon after to make arrangements.
Please Note: We do not refund or cover return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.
REFUNDS:
If you would like to return the product due to a manufacturing default or are not happy with your purchase. Please send an email to info@ridgebackapparel.com with your order number along with a photo and description of the fault. With regards to not being happy with the product please see above for instructions to returning a product and we'll sort you out as soon as possible.
Once payment is recieved we'll start preparing your parcel right way. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order is shipped.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All domestic orders are shipped to your door. Orders are dispatched via courier and should arrive within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number the moment your order ships.
Please Note: We cannot deliver domestic orders to a P.O Box.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are shipped via registered mail and arrive within 15-25 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number the moment your order ships. Customs and import duties are determined by the receiving country and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.
